In this five week series, we will build the foundations for an integrated and sustained Qigong practice. Students will learn Tian Yuan and Di Yuan, the first two methods of Yuan Gong, which together form a complementary basis of still and moving Qigong to support life development. In addition, we will cover key themes of Qigong practice, including the nature of Qi, how to sense subtle energy, the role of the heart-mind, and the relationship between Qi and consciousness.

Would you like to feel more energy in your life? Mental clarity? How about a sense of purpose and a deeper meaning in the world? Qigong, an ancient healing and martial art developed in China, can support the development of all these goals. And, they are particularly well-suited to be explored via Yuan Gong, a holistic, contemporary Qigong system marked by fluid and natural movements and developed by Chinese master Yuan Tze.
