Yuan Gong Fundamentals: Tian Yuan and Di Yuan

Would you like to feel more energy in your life? Mental clarity? How about a sense of purpose and a deeper meaning in the world? Qigong, an ancient healing and martial art developed in China, has been demonstrated to support all these goals. And, they are particularly supported within Yuan Gong, a holistic, contemporary Qigong system marked by fluid and natural movements and developed by Chinese master Yuan Tze.

In this introductory afternoon, students will have an opportunity to utilize these powerful techniques to improve their health and uplift their lives. Over the course of this extended workshop, students will learn Tian Yuan and Di Yuan, the first two methods of Yuan Gong. In addition, we will cover key themes of Qigong practice, including the nature of Qi, how to sense subtle energy, and the relationship between Qi and consciousness.

This is a special opportunity for new students of Yuan Gong, as well as for existing students who wish to deepen their practice.

About the Instructor: Gabe Crane is a certified Yuan Gong Teacher, as well as a Yuan Ming Medicine Therapist and counselor with a Masters in East-West Psychology from California Institute of Integral Studies.
