Getting to Know Yourself from the Inside Out
Lake Merritt, Oakland. Monday, March 24, 2025, 6pm. Free.
Join us for a home-cooked meal and intimate evening, as Gabe Crane, Ren Xue teacher and Yuan Qigong master, helps us explore understanding ourselves from the inside out.
Together we will look at the value of taking an internal, rather than external, orientation to life, the challenges to this approach, and the good state that arises when we begin to follow our true nature and align with our authentic selves.
Co-hosted and supported by Fishbowl co-founder, Loren Appin, this event is free and limited to a small number of participants. Please RSVP to join: gabriel@wovenwings.net. Location details provided closer to the event to registered guests.
Your host Gabe Crane is a Ren Xue teacher and has been coaching clients as well as teaching Yuan Qigong for over 12 years. Through his own life journey, including trials and tribulations, Gabe draws on an ordinary and straightforward approach to make esoteric spiritual concepts understandable and accessible.
A one-time Oakland resident and Berkeley native, Gabe now lives with his 5-year-old son on Maui, where his grandparents were born. Gabe still travels to the Bay Area 2-3 times a year and leads talks and retreats while visiting. He works with coaching clients from around the world from his home in Maui, and leads half-day and full-day retreats there immersed in the beauty of nature.
